What is your approach?

I have a compassionate and collaborative therapy approach, characterised by warmth, empathy, and insight. I strongly emphasise the client-therapist relationship, which I believe is essential for achieving therapeutic goals. My aim is to create an environment where clients feel safe and supported.

How do I know if you’re the right psychologist for me?

While I hope to be the right psychologist for you, it's possible someone else might be a better fit. To help you decide, we can book a free 15-minute consultation (which you can arrange here) where I can explain my approach and answer any questions you have.

Research shows that a good relationship between the client and the psychologist is essential to helping the client connect with, remain in and get the most from therapy. It's important that you feel understood and believe that my approach connects with you. I'm always open to feedback on how I can better support you.

  • If you think my approach isn't the right fit, please know there will be no hard feelings on my end. I encourage you to share your thoughts, even if it feels difficult (feedback) . Your honesty helps me improve my service and ensures you receive the support you seek.
